Client Care Onboarding Agent

As a Client Care Onboarding Agent, you will be a key part of our Honey Legal Customer Service Team. You will be dealing with a variety of administrative tasks, along with responding to both inbound and outbound calls.

What you will be doing in the role...

  • Monitoring the Customer Service Team inbox, dealing with a variety of queries, ensuring that emails are dealt with within agreed service levels
  • Responding to queries or redirecting to the correct Team/individual
  • Liaising with our Field Consultants via email and phone, providing them with updates and assisting with any queries in relation to their orders and clients
  • Handling a variety of inbound and outbound calls into the Customer Service Team in a timely and professional manner, whilst maintaining a high-level of customer service
  • Making outbound calls with new order clients, assisting clients with their initial documentation and giving guidance on the processing of their Order
  • Working closely with our Field Consultants to ensure our client’s journey, from initial contact is streamlined and of high-quality customer service
  • Working as part of a Team, to meet company and individual daily targets.
  • Producing and assisting with reports
  • You will develop a strong understanding of our Sales Team, our USPs and business, to assist you within your role
  • You will learn excellent objection-handling skills, to assist with client queries.

What you will need to have...

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in working to and exceeding targets
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programmes – Word and Excel especially
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Experience in multi-tasking, completing various tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to build relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and a great team player
