As we launch our new Honey website, we reflect on the history of the company, where we have come from, and where we want to go, as we continue to grow in the Estate Planning arena.
Walking through a small but bustling market town in North Shropshire, past what used to be the magistrates’ court, you would be forgiven for having no clue what goes on inside. Few would imagine that it is now home to one of the UK’s largest will-writing and legal services network. It is a far cry from our formation in 2010 when, just a handful of us had the belief that we could change the face of Estate Planning to make it accessible and easy to understand for everybody.
When we began, Wills were our thing, but as time went on our portfolio grew and we quickly had a range of solutions to suit many different individual circumstances. We are more committed than ever to providing a professional Will writing service that is accessible to all but we can now offer other lifetime products such as Living Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Our Legal office is a busy place to be, with Solicitors, Paralegals and experienced admin staff on hand to support our Clients through big decisions and to offer professional support whenever it is needed, at no extra cost. Above us, on the wall in every office is the company motto, Do The Right Thing, which is what we always strive to do. This is all part of the Honey service.
Our services expanded in 2016 to include Financial Planning. Honey Wealth now runs alongside Honey Legal, offering information and advice on how to manage and grow your wealth so it is there for you and future generations to enjoy.
So this is where we find ourselves today, in the midst of an ever-expanding vibrant business, with new websites, new initiatives and new opportunities arising on a daily basis. But at the heart of the company we do not change. Our processes continue to be easy, straightforward and effective. We are still essentially a family-run firm who look to employ, whenever we can, from our local area and we support other local businesses and community ventures when the opportunities arise. Charity work drives a large part of what we do and helping families to protect and provide for their loved ones is a priority.
